If you LOOK UP at the stuff installed in the ceiling you can see part of the new air conditioning equipment. The end of this box has high and low pressure fittings like the one in your home unit. These will be connected to the outside condenser unit. The long side of this box has many smaller fittings to feed the other part of the system called air handlers. These are square boxes with fans or long plastic units like the one in the main hall where the two halls meet on the first floor. If you look up you can see one of them. It has louvers like a window unit and contains a fan.Some of the air handlers are boxes shaped like this one that have squirrel cage fans. (these are just a different shape fan) All of the rooms and hallways will be air conditioned.
